slow service poor food

the restaurant service disappointed me greatly it took more than two hours to serve my meal. i had to change my order three times due to items being unavailable. though the staff offered smiles and apologies the extreme delay was unacceptable. the food quality did not justify the wait either. the live singer at the restaurant did not add to my dining experience

The room design was very nice. The natural environment was very peaceful. The Mon village within the resort was interesting. It had the potential to be a very unique experience.

The food was not good at all. Breakfast was barely acceptable. Dinner was terrible!!! There were no other options for food nearby. A bard with a guitar made noise every night. This was terrible too.

Tranquil Jungle Retreat

The resort is nestled in nature, resulting in peace. Kayaking and resort walks gave us good activities. The boat trip to waterfalls offered great views.

The food options at the restaurant were slightly limited for international cuisine via room service.

The resort offers a boat ride to its pier, which started our stay wonderfully. Gardens are well kept (I especially loved the palms). The hotel location in the jungle gives a magical feel.

The a la carte menu included great local Thai dishes, a delicious option. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. Live music accompanied our meals, performed by a lovely musician.

There are two pools. One pool caters to adults and offers quiet. Another pool welcomes families. There is also a pool bar, great for refreshments.

Taking a bus from Mo-Chit bus terminal to Kanchanaburi city, then transferring to a local bus for the Sang-Khla line to Phutakien Pier followed by a boat transfer to the resort (THB150/person) is recommended. Please note that bicycle rentals are not offered at the resort.
